We went there on 25th April'23 to celebrate our anniversary and it was a superb experience which also includes surprise anniversary cake on the house. Their hospitality, service, cleanliness, ambience, room, kitchen and food and overall the employees were super awesome. Especially we want to name Partha who is the Restaurant Manager. He himself can make a huge positive change in someone's stay. We alwsys felt like eating more and peacefully just because of his cordial behavior. Other staffs from kitchen and front desk was also just the BEST! Thank you Partha for making it more special with the tasty and yummy desert on the house as well. We would absolutely love to visti JW for all our special occasions and even for spending wuality time with love and family. See you! God bless you all :) Regaeds, Saurav and Sayantani Bakshi

The pictures do not do this hotel justice. The staff, atmosphere, facilities and the collective staff of the Vintage Asia restaurant were excellent!!! I loved the bedroom and bathroom blinds, and the view from my room was perfect to capture the sunset. Special shout out to Chef Sumit, Manager Amar, Welcome lady Sreetama for being exceptional in ensuring I was comfortable and safe eating in the Vintage Asia restaurant after I explained my severe nut allergy. Your repeated words of ‘we are here to look after you” were reassuring and from the first bite of the dimsum, I was glad I stayed. Thank you everyone for making my stay so comfortable and perfect.

*****Ms.Dhanjita we would recommend 5star must and we prefer her name in 1st rank. She made our day awesome, mainly we came for birthday celebration for that she arrange a cake and glass of red wine. She is welcoming, she is very soft spoken and kind enough. This is our 1st time experience in JW Marriott kolkata and we enjoyed our stay very much because of Dhanjita. THANK YOU SO MUCH MS DHANJITA... Yasmin from front office also very kind hearted lady.. Mohammad Kalam from JW Kitchen very helpful and good gesture towards guest. Romeo from housekeeping was excellent, he did decoration for us. Thank you so much. We definitely visit again soon.

I had made a request for checkin at 1-2pm. At the reception counter, I got the standard answer that checkin time is 3pm. This sounds a bit rude. I am a Loyalty Member of Marriott Group, and it's after more than a year that I made request for room at 1-2 pm...just an hour early than the so called standard checkin time. But, then a staff member, Dhanjita intervened and I was given the room at 2pm. She was very understanding.

That was my first time in the hotel and I enjoyed the superb service. That hotel has amazing staff. From the moment I entered the hotel till I exited it, I was treated like a king. The whole team was nice, friendly, welcoming and communicative. I would like to thank them for everything ☺️. You were amazing and I definitely will choose JW Marriot from now on when I am in Kolkata. You are the best 😍
